Got ugly VCT’s? Water Base Epoxy over them!
This is Warehouse Filling Station with 40 year old VCT’s and 40 years of dirt and grime to go with them. So to keep it within a reasonable budget for such a huge floor, we simply Sanded and cleaned the surface, repaired any cutouts, and Installed 2 coats of Water Based Epoxy before finalizing it with a coat of UV and Chemical Resistant Polyaspartic!.
